Using the brand name VIV Vreeland, the company specializes in the production and processes in butterfat and butter related products. They became expert in the production of butter since 1868. In January 2009 VIV Vreeland and Royal Buisman merged into Royal VIV Buisman.

Existing activities remained unchanged. The Netherlands has the ideal climate for dairy products as cows can graze in clean and green meadows. This is the most important reason why Dutch milk is ideal for manufacturing this highly qualified butter.
Royal VIV Buisman does not produce their own milk, but purchases raw materials. They have their own factory for the production of butterfat and milkfat products. They export more than 100 different products, which are distributed over more than 50 countries all around the world.
