DLV Belgium

DLV was founded in 1996 by Mr. Dirk Coucke and started as a construction consulting office for companies in the Agro culture. The scope of consultancy changed and additional disciplines in the environmental sector, energy and cultivation advice became a major part of the business.

Currently DLV has over 100 employees. Today DLV has various consulting departments and for the Biogas installation they have contacted Anaspec Solutions during the Laborama tradeshow.
The Biogas and laboratory expert is Mr. IR Venken Serge, who has enough experience to know that the statement “crap in = crap out” certainly applies for the Biological processes. Therefore a good knowledge of the composition of the products used in the preparation of the appropriate Feedmix can avoid many digestion problems later in the process. The analysis of these organic wastes and other agricultural related input streams such as manure types, maize, sugar beet, etc. is therefore conducted in their own laboratory in accordance with the applicable CMA procedures.
The equipment is derived from Behr-Labortechnik and consists of an Infra-Red digester, steam distillation and titrator, with which Kjeldahl-N, total nitrogen, crude fiber, fat, alcohol as well as FOS / TAC analysis can be carried out.

The laboratory is pleased with the equipment and the maintenance can be done by ourselves.
Our inquiries regarding new applications and/or technical problems have always been handled promptly by the engineers of Anaspec Solutions.
