Instrumental analysis (Carbon/Sulphur, EOX, AOX, ..)

Sulphur and carbon (or in combination) can be measured by our CS-series. It uses a NDIR or coulometric technique for the detection. Direct link with an analytical balance will exclude typing errors. Specifically for the steel industry a coulometric detection has been developed with a range from 5 ppm to 100% with an accuracy of 0.5 ppm.

The CL10, suitable for measuring halogens (AOX, EOX, POX and TOX) in liquids and solids, is equipped with a specially designed oven. This oven can be set with two different heating zones, so liquids can be controlled evaporated. In addition to this, it is possible to set an interval with a 5 degrees temperature gradient. The method is consistent with the ASTM D 4929-99 and the EPA 9076.

The great advantage of our AOX preparation equipment is the user-friendliness. Your sample goes through two pre-packed carbon filter columns. Both carbon filter columns, including the absorbed sample, are burned in our special oven. Compared to the "shaking method", it will save you much time and washing liquids.

The analysers are equipped with the highly flexible and user-friendly software that enables customers to view all data and trend lines in a single glance.
