Wide analysis range from laboratory to process

Anaspec Solutions is a provider of high quality laboratory equipment, with an emphasis on customer-oriented applications. It focuses on flexibility, application support and service.

Our goal is to provide a complete analysis package in primary wet chemistry techniques, FTNIR, NMR, particle size, shape, zeta potential, water and soil analysis. Especially our robustness and maintainability of the A-class equipment accounts for this. The equipment requires no yearly maintenance, only on demand by the customer or by customers themselves.

The very robust FTNIR equipment, which is already 35 years produced by ABB Quebec (formerly BOMEM), has a technical lifetime of over 15 years. The newest development of the FTIR and FTNIR makes it even possible that no scheduled maintenance is required for the first ten years (lifetime of lamp is 10 years and solid state laser even longer). The laser diffraction instruments of Microtrac with the unique Tri-laser concept based on the solid-state lasers, also doesn’t require any maintenance on the optical bench. Except possibly the replacement of a bearing or belt in the sample delivery container, depending on usage.

Besides the hardware Anaspec also provides:

  • Customized training for PLS modelling for your specific FTNIR application
  • Application Support
  • Consultancy for particle characterization
  • Services
