QFAflex
The QFAflex is used for analysing both liquid and powdered products (see photo).
Obviously, the analyser can also be performed with only the liquid or powder accessory, and expanded later with other accessories. Below you can admire the various analysers in a short demonstration film.
The QFAflex600 is an ideal system to analyse liquids. The analysis time is less than 2 minutes. The analysis time is less than 2 minutes. Liquid products like, edible oils and fats, Biofuel, dairy products and many more are easily measured in cheap disposable cuvettes (Vials) into a vial holder, which has also the possibility for heating the samples. Cross contamination belongs to the past.
The QFAflex600 + is another dedicated analyser, where you can measure powders and liquids together. Possibilities like simultaneous measurements of liquids and powders, two liquids of different temperatures, or an accessory which is linked to fiber optics (probe).
The QFAflex600F has been developed for the agricultural sector specifically. However also widely used in other application like compost, dairy powders, mixfeed and solids. As a result of the bigger scanned area with this accessory, a more representative sample presentation will be occurred which make it very suited for heterogeneous products.
The QFAflex650 is our solution using the Powerport, where the scanned area has a bigger surface than before but 7 times less than the rotating accessory of the 600F. The light area is 35 mm in diameter. A special development of us years ago, was by changing the lid of the already used bottle by one made of teflon we can analyse directly in the sample without transporting it. Dust contamination of the environment, but absorbing of water or evaporation of water will be avoided. But other possiblities of analysing are also possible, analysing through a bag or petri dish.
